Delivery by country
A hardcover is only possible where we deliver and that country's last order date has not passed. Delivery times are estimates. We can't promise a delivery date.

Order-by dates
Each country has its own last order date. After it, a hardcover may not arrive before Christmas. You can still choose a PDF. We tell you on the page before you pay.
We work each date back from the carrier's published last posting day, to leave time to check and print your book. Print gift codes can be bought until 24 December. A hardcover bought from then will arrive after Christmas.
Import taxes
Some countries charge import taxes on parcels from abroad. We don't pay these for you. You pay them to the carrier or to customs when the book arrives. Before you pay, we show a notice for your country that says import taxes may apply. We can't know the amount, because your country sets it.
Returns
Each book is made for you, so it can't be returned because you've changed your mind. Your legal rights are not affected.
If we haven't sent a hardcover to print yet, you can ask us to cancel it, and we'll refund you in full. Once printing starts, we can't stop it.
If something goes wrong
- Damaged or printing fault. Send us a photo of the fault at support@underonearm.com. We'll reprint the book or refund you. You don't need to send the book back.
- Lost in the post. If your book hasn't arrived 14 days after it left the printer, tell us within 30 days after it left the printer. We'll reprint it or refund you.
- Different from what you approved. If a picture, a name or the words in the book you receive aren't what you approved before paying, tell us. We'll fix it and send a new book or file at no cost, or refund you. You don't need to send the book back.
- A fault in a PDF. Tell us. We'll fix it or send a new file. If we can't, we'll refund you.
- We can't make your book. We'll tell you and refund what you paid for it.
This doesn't limit your legal rights.
Gift codes
- Unused codes. If nobody has used any of the code, we'll refund it in full whenever you ask. Once we refund a code, it stops working.
- Used codes. We can't refund a code that has already been used.
- Cancelling. You can cancel an unused gift code for any reason within 14 days of buying it. We'll refund you in full within 14 days of hearing from you, to the card you paid with.
- The 12-book pack, partly used. [Pending the accountant (GIFT-9). Draft formula:] we refund the books not yet used at the pack's price per book: the price you paid, divided by 12, times the number of books left, rounded down to the nearest penny.
